QLD:Vandals flood Emerald shops a second time
BRISBANE, Feb 27 AAP - A central Queensland shopping centre that flooded last month
has been attacked by vandals before it had a chance to reopen.
Offenders broke into the Emerald shopping centre and turned on fire hoses and bathroom
taps, flooding parts of the building that were still under repair, police say.
