NSW: Residents flee as tree hangs over their home
SYDNEY, Feb 23 AAP - A family today fled their home after a huge tree fell againstanother tree, threatening their home on the NSW mid-north coast.
A State Emergency Service (SES) spokeswoman said recent wet weather caused soil aroundthe tree to loosen and allow the 35-metre eucalypt to slump to a 45 degree angle.
